100 Word Hit Review

Based on the events in this issue it’s amazing Kitty Pride spent another Christmas with the X-Men!!

Essentially they all leave the mansion to spend Christmas with their friends/families leaving Kitty behind.

She’s not phased by this and decides she’ll celebrate Christmas with a hard workout in The Danger Room!  Throw in a vengeful Nagari demon who gets into the mansion via a skylight(!), there’s a distinct Alien rather than Christmas feel to the story!  Kitty’s parents do turn up at the end, but it feels contrived as a Christmas issue.  Byrne’s art however is beautiful as always.

Rating 7 out of 10.
