SHIPPING

Postage and packing is FREE for UK orders over £30 and items will be sent Royal Mail  first class. 

On larger items where the weight is over 3kgs these will be sent via Parcelforce 48 and a tracking number provided where applicable. We also reserve the right to split heavier parcels into two to make shipping more economical.

At certain points in the year, like any business, the postal service has busier times such as the run-up to Christmas.  At these times the standard delivery times of the Royal Mail may be subject to change to cope with demand.  This is also applies to the current COVID-19 pandemic, so please be patient as there may be some localised disruption.

Shipping outside of the UK is chargeable and will be determined by weight and calculated at check out.  All items will be sent Royal Mail Airmail Tracked and Signed For. A tracking number will be provided.  Please allow 7-14 working days for delivery of your item(s) from the date of despatch.

All comics where at all practicable come bagged and boarded, the exception may be some prestige format editions where the bag is not wide enough for the thickness of the comic and the backing board.  All comics will be sent in secure mailers.

RPG books and supplements, magazines and books will not come bagged and boarded but will be securely wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in either secure mailers or padded envelopes depending on their size and width.

 

RETURNS

Many of the items being sold in store were bought new and in some cases never even read, for older items comments on grading and condition are provided.  However we are human and occasionally mistakes will be made, and therefore in the event that you receive something from us that was not what you ordered, is damaged, or of a different quality to that stated on the item listing, we will either offer a replacement if we hold additional similar items in stock, or refund to you the amount you paid for the items.  This is provided that you notify us by email within 7 working days of the delivery of your goods.  In the event the items cannot be replaced, we will ask you to return the items to us and a refund will be issued upon receipt.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO BOX 7922, Wellingborough, Northants, NN8 9JZ, United Kingdom. We would recommend that any items being returned are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery.
