Big time loser, Lou Prado, finds a mysterious looking coin in his slot winnings. Compelled by a voice in his head to play roulette, Lou finally hits the jackpot in the Tzompanco Casino in Vegas.
High above the clamour of the casino on the top floor of the faux-Aztec style temple a man recalls how the Aztecs would prepare their ritual sacrifices. Lou meanwhile is given the ‘hospitality’ of the casino.
When Lou ascends to the top floor he is offered a final winner takes all bet. There’s bloody consequences for Lou and a wicked twist in the finale!
