ISSUE NOTES - The Great Beer War! Tires squeal as a black sedan rounds the corner. The peace of Lakefront City is shattered by the roar of a tommy gun as the man as the speakeasy door turns and pulls his .45. Too late! He crumples to the ground as the sedan speeds away. Trouble is brewing in Lakefront City!
