The budding decadent movement in the arts, as exemplified by the drawings of Aubrey Beardsley and the prose of Oscar Wilde. The bloody, brutal work of Jack the Ripper.
These are but hints of the forces stirring; dark forces which now crawl forth from those cracks; hungry forces which threaten sanity, humanity and Empire
