Geoff Johns' (along with James Robinson) critically acclaimed run on Hawkman featured Golden Age Hawkman Carter Hall in the lead role. Jimmy Palmiotti and Justin Grey take over writing duties from #27 and then the title changes to Hawkgirl from #50 until it's final issue #66. Artists include Rags Morales, Ryan Sook, Ethan Van Sciver and there are even a couple of great fill in issues by John Byrne and Sean Phillips.
