HUNDRED WORD HIT #94 - X-CORP #1

X-Corp #1 by Tini Howard & Alberto Foche

Jonathan Hickman’s X-Men re-established mutants as being amongst the most powerful (and dangerous) beings on the planet.  X-Corp seeks to move their power into an area otherwise untouched by mutants - that of the corporate board room.

Angel, Monet St Croix, Trinary and Multiple Man establish X-Corp whilst dealing with new threats of ransom-wear and corporate take-overs.  It’s an interesting concept that fills another piece of the X-Men jigsaw under Hickman’s guidance.  Howard clearly enjoys writing a script that is more than just a mutant versus mutant slugfest and Foche’s art is really nice.
