Mutilated bodies start turning up on an American drill site near the Iraqi city of Kirkuk bearing all the hallmarks of demonic sacrifice. Ex-US Army investigator Dana Atkinson teams up with local cop Aban Fasad to investigate. Against the back drop of the US occupation they find links to Verge a private security company and a secret society determined to stop the rise of the demon Adam. Lorimer’s art is dark and fantastic but the story meanders at times and is a bit confusing to follow. That said it would make a brilliant TV show...so are you listening Netflix??
