HUNDRED WORD HIT #67 - SUPREME POWER: NIGHTHAWK #1-6

Supreme Power: Nighthawk #1-6 by Daniel Way & Steve Dillon

Nighthawk begins to investigate why hundreds of junkies across Chicago are dying, literally puking themselves to death. What does it have to do with a mysterious clown-faced figure and does he have ties to a recently escaped serial killer?

There’s more than obvious parallels in this six parter to the relationship between Batman and The Joker in Nighthawk and The Clown. But that’s the essence of what makes this mini a satisfying read.

The late great Steve Dillon turns in some fabulous art especially the myriad of different facial features he manages to capture.

A rather enjoyable six parter!
