Ghost Rider - Return of Vengeance #1 by Howard Mackie & Javier Saltares
Ex-cop Michael Badilino who becomes a kind of bad-ass version of Ghost Rider called Vengeance has been stuck in Hell (read Marvel limbo) for years. Now he’s breaking out, intent on making it back to Earth by enlisting the aid of half-demon Skinner and ex-crime lord Anton Hellgate. And to hell with the consequences!
Clearly Marvel have plans for Ghost Rider and associates, so this entertaining by the numbers one-shot by Mackie and Saltares serves to get Vengeance back front and centre. A re-vamp of the Midnight Sons stuff would be great. Fingers crossed!
