Minsc (and Boo), Krydle, Shandie, Nerys and Delina arrive back in Waterdeep for some R&R but get bored pretty quick.
Which is a good thing as they are soon on their way to investigate a series of strange sounds and crashing in the library called the Knowledge-Hold.
There’s an encounter with a displacer beast, before they head into the library where they uncover a ritual taking place, led by the high priest of Kelemvor a patron of Nerys. Except this is a ritual to summon something really bad….
