The thief of the crown is revealed as Grand Wizard Brelaq’s son which sends the wizard mad. At the same time as the wizard is busy incinerating the King’s guards, lava demons summoned by his son invade the castle and chaos abounds.
Brelaq captures Sonja and as revenge for killing his son, casts a spell making her impervious to harm and tied to doing his bidding. Her first command - destroy the king and leave no man standing (yes I know that’s two commands!)
Another great issue from Palmiotti, Conner and Moritat, This is easily the best Sonja comic for ages!
